  • 4 slices farmer`s bread (country / wood oven bread)
  • 2 pear (s), pitted, sliced
  • 4 slices cheese (Roquefort)
  • butter
  • Pear brandy or pear liqueur

Instructions

  1. Brush the bread slices with butter. Spread half a pear, sliced, on top. Drizzle with pear liqueur or pear brandy as desired and cover with a slice of Roquefort cheese.
  2. Baked at 180 degrees (hot air) until the cheese runs a little.
