  • 200 ml milk
  • 250 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan, alternatively 1 small scoop mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. In the meantime, whisk the eggs, add the cream and milk and mix everything together well. Season with vegetable stock, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

  4. Mix all ingredients in a greased ovenproof dish. Scatter parmesan cheese on top or cut the mozzarella ball into slices and spread on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes on the lower rack.
