- 500 g penne
- 250 g sausae, (chorizo), halved slices
- olive oil
- 1 onion (s), diced
- 4 tablespoon white wine, dry
- some salt and pepper from the mill
- 250 g rocket
- 100 g parmesan, coarsely rated

- Cook the penne in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan, fry the onions and add the chorizo. Fry for about 3 minutes. Deglaze with the wine, add the pasta, let it get hot and season. Clean the rocket, cut in half if necessary and stir briefly with it.
- Serve sprinkled with plenty of parmesan.
