Ingredients

  • 800 g red pepper (s)
  • 800 g preservin suar, 1: 1
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
  • 50 ml balsamic vinegar
  • Chilli powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the paprika into small cubes, mix with the preserving sugar, stir in the juice of one lemon, some chilli and balsamic vinegar, bring to the boil. Chop up with a hand blender and bring to the boil again. Fill into glasses.
  2. Makes approx. 6 glasses of approx. 200g each
  3. Tastes great with cheese, especially goat cheese.
