Ingredients

  • 500 ml olive oil, I`ll take the yellow, refined one
  • 1 bunch peppermint, fresh

Instructions

  1. Fill the ingredients into a clean container (I use swing top jars) and let them steep for at least three weeks in a warm place. Strain and pour into a clean bottle. Store in a cool place.
  2. Fits very well in Moroccan or Greek cuisine.
