Ingredients

  • 500 g flour (preferably pizza flour type 00)
  • 20 g yeast
  • 10 g salt
  • 1 pinch (s) oregano
  • 20 ml milk
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 dash olive oil
  • 0.25 liter ¼ water

Instructions

  1. For the dough, put the flour in a bowl. Make a well in the flour. Crumble the yeast in there. Milk, egg and water with it. Add a pinch of salt, oregano and a splash of olive oil.
  2. Knead until the dough comes off your hands and cover and let rise for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. Then process, cover and bake the dough as usual.
  3. The stated amount of ingredients is sufficient for a large baking sheet or up to 5 pizza trays (26 cm diameter).
