Ingredients

  • 3 ice cubes
  • 2 cl Pernod
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • liter ⅛ milk, ice-cold

Instructions

  1. Put ice cubes in a shaker and pour Pernod over it. Dust with powdered sugar. Shake briefly. Then pour in the milk. Shake vigorously for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and serve with a drinking straw.
