- 1 liter water
- 5 teaspoons tea, strong black, (preferably loose)
- 1 piece (s) ginger, about 4 cm
- Clove (s), 4-6 depending on taste
- stick Cinnamon (s), amount to taste

- Bring water to a boil. Peel and chop the ginger, place in a tea filter together with the cloves, cinnamon and tea. Scald and let steep for 5 minutes. It can be sweetened with sugar, rock candy, cane sugar etc. depending on your taste.
