  • 1 kg preserving sugar

Instructions

  1. Put the persimmon in the juicer and extract the juice.
  2. Same amount of fruit same amount of sugar. Bring to the boil and fill into twist glasses. Makes a very good sweet jam that is somewhat reminiscent of melon.
