• 80 g fresh basil
• 2 tablespoon almond sticks
• 2 cloves garlic

• 200 ml olive oil
• 30 g parmesan cheese
• 30 g feta cheese

Instructions

1. Roast the almond sticks, peel the garlic cloves. Then put all the ingredients, except for the sheep cheese and the parmesan, in a tall mug and puree with a hand blender. Finally, add the sheep`s cheese and Parmesan, mix again briefly.
