- 1 pot fresh basil
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 2 handfuls pumpkin seeds
- 2 handfuls parmesan, grated
- 100 ml olive oil
- salt and pepper

- Pluck the basil leaves from the stems, wash them and put them in a small food processor. Add the garlic cloves, pumpkin seeds, grated parmesan, oil and spices. Mix everything well.
- Pour into a screw-top jar and store in the refrigerator.
