- 100 ml olive oil
- 75 g pine nuts
- 75 g walnuts
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 150 g basil
- 150 g rocket
- 80 g parmesan

- Finely chop the Parmesan in the TM (if in one piece). Put the remaining ingredients in the mixing bowl and puree very finely for approx. 1 - 2 min / turbo. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
