Pickled Sprat

If you bought a fresh sprat, you can make this appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Fresh sprat – 250-300 g
  • Lemon – 1 pc.
  • Ground black pepper
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Wash the sprat and clean it, tear off the head and pull out the insides. We remove the fins and the ridge.
  2. Put the fillet on a plate.
  3. Pour with lemon juice and leave to marinate for 3-4 hours.
  4. Transfer the sprat to another plate, sprinkle with pepper, and pour with olive oil.
