Ingredients

  • 4 port. Mixed vegetables, e.g., zucchini, fennel, onion, mushroom, cherry tomato, aubergine etc.
  • 100 ml sunflower oil, or, germinating
  • 3 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 0.75 teaspoon ¾ salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ pepper
  • 1 packet sheep`s cheese, cut into cubes

Instructions

  1. Make a marinade from all ingredients except vegetables and sheep`s cheese and season to taste. Either cut the vegetables into larger pieces and mix with the marinade, leave to stand for 1 hour and then grill with the sheep`s cheese in flat aluminum dishes or cut into smaller cubes, then stick on roulade skewers, marinate and then grill.
