Ingredients
- 1 ½ kg potato (s)
- 2 apples (Granny)
- 0.5 ½ ring / e meat sausage with garlic
- 6 medium pickled cucumber (salty dill cucumber)
- 6 medium pickled cucumber (s)
- 3 large onion (s)
- 3 large salted herring (s), gutted and boned
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 jar mayonnaise
- 6 tablespoon oil
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- salt
- pepper

- Boil the potatoes, then peel them off. Soak the salted herrings overnight.
- Cut all ingredients (including the potatoes) into cubes, place in a bowl and mix together.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the oil, vinegar and egg yolk and mix into the salad. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
- Silesian veal sausages taste best with them.
