Unusual combination of tender sour cream biscuit and curd filling.

Cook: 60 mins

Servings: 8


  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sugar – 150 g
  • Sour cream – 200 ml
  • Vanillin – 1 g
  • Baking powder – 10 g
  • Flour – 3 tablespoons with a slide
  • For filling:
  • Curd 9% – 200 g
  • Sugar – 100 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Semolina – 3 tablespoon.
  • To lubricate the mold:
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon


  1. Make dough.
  2. Mix the filling products.
  3. Grease the mold with vegetable oil.
  4. Pour out the dough.
  5. Put the curd filling in the center, 15 centimeters in diameter.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
