Sandwich Cookies with Curd Filling

Filled shortbread sandwiches require common and readily available ingredients.
Ingredients
- Margarine “Generous Summer” – 100 g
- Chicken egg – 1 pc.
- Sugar – 70 g
- Wheat flour – 300 g
- Soda – 0.5 teaspoon
- Sweet curd mass – 100 g
Directions
- Pour sugar into dishes convenient for kneading dough. We break an egg to it.
- Add softened Generous Summer margarine, mix everything thoroughly.
- In the resulting mass, we begin to pour wheat flour sifted together with soda.
- Knead shortbread cookie dough for a short time. The dough is soft and elastic.
- Sprinkle the surface for rolling the dough with wheat flour. Roll out the dough into a layer (thickness 2-3 mm). Using a glass, cut out a round cookie (the number of circles must be even).
- Cover the baking sheet with parchment. We put round cookies on it.
- We bake shortbread cookies at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
- When the cookies have cooled down, grease half of their total amount with sweet curd mass.
- Cover the greased cookies with the remaining cookies. It turns out sandwich cookies with curd filling.
- Filled shortbread cookies are ready.
