Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 180 g butter
  • 180 g suar
  • 1 vanilla sugar

For the filling:

  • 120 g cake icin, vanilla
  • 4 cl rum

For decoration:

  • 50 g cake icin, chocolate
  • 25 g almond (s), chopped

Instructions

  1. Knead the dough ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut out flowers and bake at 170 ° C for 10 minutes.
  2. Melt the vanilla glaze and mix with the rum. Brush the cookies with it and put a second cookie on top. Decorate cookies with melted cocoa glaze and sprinkle with chopped almonds. Let the glazes set.
