Ingredients

For the filling:

  • 50 g almonds, round
  • 50 g pistachios, round
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 70 ml heavy cream

For the dough:

  • 1 egg (s)
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 200 g yourt
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 700 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder

Instructions

  1. For the filling, all ingredients are mixed together.
  2. For the dough, the ingredients, except for the flour and baking powder, are mixed together. The flour is mixed with the baking powder, then added to the other ingredients and the dough is prepared.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut into small squares, how big they will be is up to you. Each piece is only cut outwards on four sides, with about 1 teaspoon of filling in the middle. Each corner is folded over the filling in the middle, the sides are folded outwards and connected to each other. To prevent the biscuits from falling apart during baking, a nut or an almond is pressed into the middle.
