Ingredients

  • 300 g butter or mararine
  • 200 g peanut butter
  • 300 g suar, brown
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg (s), (size L)
  • 200 g flour
  • 150 g nuts, round or almonds
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 pinch gingerbread spice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Nuts, whole or almonds

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour mixed with the baking powder with the ground nuts or almonds. Mix the butter or margarine, the peanut butter, the sugar, the vanilla sugar and the eggs until foamy and slowly add the flour-nut or almond mixture and stir until everything has a creamy consistency. At the end add the gingerbread spice and the cinnamon and stir well as well.
  2. Now place small heaps with a teaspoon on a greased baking sheet, keeping a little more distance as the biscuits come apart when baking.
  3. Finally, put a nut or an almond on each pile and bake at 150-170 degrees, depending on the type of oven, for about 15 minutes.
  4. If you want, you can dust the biscuits with powdered sugar after they have cooled down.
