- 3 egg whites
- 180 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 125 g chocolate, round block chocolate
- 250 g hazelnuts, round

- Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, chocolate and nuts in a bowl and then fold in the stiff egg whites. The mass must be very pliable. Place small heaps with 2 teaspoons on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 160 ° C for approx. 13-15 minutes.
