Ingredients

  • 6 puff pastry patties, bought ready
  • 40 g herb butter
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 100 ml cream
  • 200 g mushrooms, white, small
  • 1 tablespoon cognac
  • 300 g shrimp, frozen
  • 0.5 ½ bunch dill
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Leave the butter out, dust with flour and sweat, deglaze with wine and cream and make a sauce while stirring constantly. Add the finely chopped mushrooms, leave to stand for 5 minutes. Perfume with cognac, heat the thawed shrimp in the sauce, season with dill and salt and pepper.
  2. Pour the ragout into the pies.
