Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon rosemary needles, fresh finely chopped
  • 250 ml orange juice
  • 2 orange (s), untreated and rinsed with hot water
  • 3 tablespoon honey (acacia honey)
  • 12 small fresh goat cheeses (Picandou or Pelardons à 35-40g)

Instructions

  1. Reduce the rosemary needles and orange juice by half over a medium heat for 8 minutes, add fine shavings of 1-2 oranges and cook these for 2 minutes.
  2. Let cool and stir in the acacia honey.
  3. Pour over the 12 small goat`s cream cheese (alternatively ½-cm-thin slices from the cream cheese roll) and the fillets of the two oranges and serve garnished with rosemary tips.
