Ingredients

  • 300 g pineapple pulp, (diced)
  • 150 g bell pepper (s), yellow (pitted & diced)
  • 2 onion (s), red (diced)
  • 10 tablespoon chilli pepper (s), green (diced)
  • 15 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (sherry vinegar)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Before serving, cover and allow to steep for at least 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
