Instructions

  1. Mix the softened butter with the eggs and sugar until frothy. Mix in the flour, baking powder and lemon zest.
  2. Spread the dough on a greased tray, spread the pineapple pieces on top and sprinkle the desiccated coconut on top.
  3. Bake at 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
