Ingredients
- 250 ml pineapple juice (juice half a pineapple)
- 1 lemon (s), organic, only the peel
- 3 tablespoon tea, green
- Cane sugar, to taste
- 750 ml water
- Orange juice ice cubes (for serving)

- Scrape off the lemon peel with a zest zipper. Bring to the boil with the water. Let cool down to 80 ° C.
