- 100 g suar, brown
- 1 bunch mint

- Peel the pineapple, quarter it lengthways and cut out the stalk.
- Finely slice the pineapple quarters with a vegetable slicer and place in a bowl.
- Marinate the pineapple slices with the sugar and the mint leaves cut into fine strips.
- Stir the yogurt once vigorously and beat until creamy, then serve with the marinated pineapple slices.
