Ingredients

  • 700 g pineapple, diced and mashed
  • 300 g peach (s), peeled, pitted and mashed
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet preserving sugar, 2:

Instructions

  1. Clean the fresh pineapple and cut into smaller cubes. Put in a sufficiently tall container and puree.
  2. Wash and scald the peaches. Peel off the skin and remove the peach flesh from the stone. Also puree.
  3. Put everything in a sufficiently high saucepan and stir in the vanilla sugar together with the preserving sugar. Prepare according to the instructions and make a gelling test.
