- 500 g quark
- 1 cup cream
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 4 slices pineapple
- 10 ladyfingers
- 1 bar dark chocolate

- Mix the quark well with the sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold it into the quark. Cut the 4 pineapple slices and the ladyfingers into small pieces. Chop the chocolate into small pieces with a large knife (the work is worthwhile, quick and tastes much better than finished chocolate chips).
- First add 1 - 2 tablespoons of quark mixture to 4 larger dessert bowls. Spread the ladyfingers on top. Put another 1 - 2 tablespoons of quark mixture on top. Then sprinkle the pineapple on top. Spread the rest of the quark mixture on the pineapple pieces and generously sprinkle the chocolate flakes over them.
- Cover the layered food in the refrigerator until it is ready to serve. The dessert is made quickly and looks great. If you don`t like pineapples, you can also use other fruits such as peaches or berries.
