Ingredients

  • 8 pineapple slice (s) from the can
  • 150 grams flour
  • 125 ml cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • some cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • some lemon zest
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • some oil for frying
  • some powdered sugar
  • possibly strawberries
  • possibly vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, cream, milk, sugar, cinnamon, rum, lemon zest and salt until smooth and then stir in the eggs. Finally, add the desiccated coconut and let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Dip the pineapple slices in the batter, bake them in a pan in the hot oil until golden and then sear them.
  3. Arrange as desired, e.g., with strawberries and vanilla ice cream.
