Ingredients
- 1 pineapple, fresh
- 500 g strawberries, fresh
- 200 ml rum, white
- 2 bottles sparkling wine
- some sweetener, liquid

- Peel the pineapple and cut into small cubes, pour the rum over it and let it steep in the fridge overnight.
- Just before serving, wash, clean and quarter the strawberries, add to the pineapple pieces in the rum, pour over sparkling wine and season with sweetener. Serve ice cold.
