Ingredients

  • 250 g whipped cream (cream)
  • 450 g flour
  • 200 g suar
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 1 point baking powder

For the sprinkles:

  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 85 g desiccated coconut
  • 150 grams flour
  • a bit salt
  • 1 can pineapple

Instructions

  1. Drain the pineapple, collect the juice, put the cream in a mixing bowl, chill.
  2. For the crumble: use your hands to work the butter, flour, salt, sugar and desiccated coconut into crumble then chill.
  3. Add the pineapple juice and sugar to the cream and stir for 5 minutes.
  4. Gradually stir in the eggs.
  5. Sieve flour with baking powder and fold in.
  6. Place on a baking sheet (with baking paper). Spread the pineapple slices evenly, sprinkle with the crumble and bake for 150 ° for 35 minutes.
