Ingredients

  • 8 slices pineapple
  • 3 tablespoon jam, apricot
  • 100 g oat flakes, (hearty)
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g suar, brown
  • 50 g flaked almonds

Instructions

  1. Place 4 slices of pineapple in an ungreased baking dish and brush with the apricot jam. Cover with the other 4 pineapple slices (small turret).
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and mix with the oat flakes, sugar and flaked almonds. Now distribute this mixture over the filled pineapple turrets.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes at 200 ° C.
  4. A fine, cool yoghurt cream, which is mixed with cinnamon, honey and a little orange juice, tastes good with it.
  5. In winter you can, if you want, put some orange fillets in the baking dish.
