Ingredients

• 400 ml wine, (rosé)
• 400 ml grapefruit juice, made from pink grapefruit
• 15 ml rose water
• 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients together and bring to the boil. Let simmer for about 5 minutes while stirring.
2. Fill into jam jars and close with a screw cap.
