  • 100 grams flour

  • 60 g butter
  • 1 liter beef broth
  • 1 bunch chives

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, eggs, milk and salt into a dough. Let it soak for 15 minutes.
  2. Bake 8 wafer-thin pancakes in the butter in a pan and leave to cool.
  3. Roll up the pancakes, cut them into extremely thin slices and distribute them on 4 soup plates.
  4. Bring the beef broth to the boil, distribute on the plates and sprinkle with finely chopped chives.
