Pita has been a very popular snack lately because these hollow breadcakes can be stuffed with anything. I propose this version of pita with meat filling.

Ingredients
Rice vinegar – 1/4 cup
Sugar – 2 teaspoon
Salt
Cucumber (cut into thin slices) – 2 pcs.
Jalapeno pepper (seeded and finely chopped) – 1 pc.
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Minced pork – 450 g
Horseradish sauce – 1/4 cup
Fresh ginger (chopped) – 1 tbsp
Pita – 4 pcs.
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the vinegar, sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt, stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Add jalapenos and cucumber to a bowl, stir, and let sit for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil, add the minced pork, and cook, stirring and breaking the lumps of a wooden spoon until pink, about 5-7 minutes. Add horseradish, ginger, and 2 tablespoons of water to the skillet.
Put the meat filling and cucumber salad in 4 pits and serve immediately.
