  • 250 g flour
  • 2 packs dry yeast
  • 5 g salt
  • 140 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the yeast and knead with the other ingredients using a hand mixer (dough hook) and then briefly by hand to form a smooth dough. Let rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes.
  2. Knead again by hand and roll out, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cover as you wish (calculate extra points!).
  3. Bake at 170 ° C for approx. 30 minutes, top / bottom heat 190 ° C.
