- 450 g flour
- 0.5 ½ cube yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 200 ml water, lukewarm

- The only important thing with this recipe is the lukewarm to warm (not hot!) Water.
- Knead all ingredients together well in the mixer. Take out of the bowl and knead again briefly by hand. Put in a bowl and cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- The dough is ready and can be processed in the classic way to pizza or calzone, piccolini or pizza bread.
