Ingredients
- 1 large vegetable onion (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow, orange or red
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 200 g cream cheese
- 500 ml tomato (s), passed
- 1 small Canned tomato (s), lumpy or peeled
- 1 small Can (s) corn (medium can)
- 1 cup sweet cream
- 3 cubes vegetable stock
- 500 ml water
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot as rose
- Pizza seasoning

- Season the minced meat to taste with salt, pepper and rose paprika and mix well. Sauté the diced onions and peppers until they are nice and translucent, then add the seasoned minced meat and fry until they are roughly crumbly. Stir in the chopped and pureed tomatoes along with the corn and simmer gently.
- The bouillon cubes are boiled in 500 ml of water and the cheese is melted in it. The cheese mass is vigorously stirred in with the minced meat and allowed to simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then the cream is added and everything is seasoned with the pizza spice as desired.
- The soup is best enjoyed straight away with a little baguette, bread roll or toasted toast.
- If you like, you can of course add mushrooms or some gyros, everyone likes pizza differently.
- The soup also tastes very good cold.
- Tip: I personally always season minced meat with the finished minced meat seasoning from the spice rack, because the right mixture is always available!
