  • 50 g butter
  • 400 g fish fillet (s) (plaice fillet)
  • 50 g bacon, mixed
  • 50 grams flour
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the plaice fillet with salt, pepper and lemon. Melt the butter in a pan. Turn the marinated plaice fillet in flour and place in the hot butter. Fry the fillet on both sides until golden brown. After approx. 3-4 minutes, take the fillets out of the pan and cut the bacon into julienne and brown until crispy. Add a little more butter and then spread it on the ready-to-serve fillet.
