Ingredients

  • 2 fish fillet (s), (plaice fillets), approx. 400g
  • 100 g North Sea shrimps
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 8 cherry tomato (s)
  • 100 g sheep cheese
  • Cheese, (Pecorino)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) paprika powder
  • Herbs, Italian
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil, Greek

Instructions

  1. Set the oven to circulating air and 170 degrees.
  2. Put the olive oil in a baking dish and put 1 plaice fillet in it. Spread the crabs on the fish. Chop the tomatoes, spring onions and feta cheese and spread over the crab and fillet. Put the 2nd clod on top. Season to taste. Finally, grate the pecorino cheese over it and place the casserole dish in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
