Ingredients

  • 500 g flour (also half whole rain, half white)
  • 350 ml water
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients together and cover and let rise to double size. Then knead again thoroughly and put in a greased loaf pan (I also sprinkle breadcrumbs into it). Let rise for another 20 minutes.
  2. Brush the top with water. Then bake in the preheated oven for approx. 40 - 50 minutes at 220 ° C top / bottom heat.
