  • 1 apple
  • 500 g suar
  • 1 sachet Gelfix (2: )
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Wash, stone and chop the plums. Wash, core and cut the apple into small pieces.
  2. Puree the fruit a little. Mix with sugar, Gelfix, lemon juice and cinnamon. Bring to the boil according to the package instructions, fill into screw-top jars and close.
