  • 700 g plum (s)
  • 500 g preservin suar (2: 1)

Instructions

  1. Wash, stone and puree the plums and peaches. In total, the fruit must weigh one kilo. Put together with the preserving sugar in a saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for three minutes.
  2. Then pour hot into clean glasses, screw on and turn upside down for 20 - 30 minutes.
