  • 1 bottle schnapps, clearer, 32%
  • 0.5 packet ½ rock candy, white

Instructions

  1. Put the plum kernels without pulp and absolutely dry in a bottle. Put the clear schnapps on the plum kernels and let stand cool and dark for 1 year.
  2. Then remove the stones and add the white rock candy. Let it stand for another 4 months, then possibly sweeten it up.
