Ingredients

  • 375 grams flour
  • 200 g suar

Instructions

  1. Mix 225 g butter, 100 g sugar, eggs and 1 sachet vanilla sugar until frothy. Mix 300 g flour with baking powder and stir in. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and smooth it out. Core, halve and place plums on top.
  2. Mix 375 g of flour, 250 g of butter, 200 g of sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and a little cinnamon or lemon zest to knead crumble and distribute evenly over the plums.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 40 - 45 minutes.
  4. Tip: This sheet cake also tastes very good with apples.
