Ingredients
- 600 grams flour
- 400 g mararine, vean
- 200 g suar substitute your choice, e.., xylitol or stevia
- 2 teaspoon flakes (orange flakes)
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 1 kg plum (s)
- 50 g almond sticks
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

- Knead the flour, margarine and xylitol with the orange flakes and turmeric to form a dough. Cover the finished dough and place it in the refrigerator to rest.
- In the meantime, wash the plums, cut them in half and remove the stone. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out 2/3 of the dough lightly and spread it on the baking sheet. Press the dough on with your hands and make sure that the dough rises a little at the edge. Lay the plums evenly on the dough.
- Tear off small pieces of the remaining dough and distribute them on the plums. Sprinkle with almond sticks if necessary.
- Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 40 minutes. Let cool down a little and serve.
