Ingredients

  • 100 g plum (s), pitted
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 100 g quark, 0.2% fat content

Instructions

  1. Stone the plums, sauté briefly with honey, cinnamon and water. But please don`t overcook the plums !! Puree with the quark in the mixer or with the hand blender and enjoy on bread / rolls.
  2. The amount for one serving is approximately one jam jar full. This is a low-calorie and full-fledged spread.
