Ingredients

  • 60 g mararine
  • 250 g natural yourt
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 teaspoons lemon (s) - zest, grated
  • 20 ml rum
  • 200 g semolina
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 glass plums or plums
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • Fat for the shape
  • Breadcrumbs for the mold

Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine over a mild heat and let it cool down again. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Beat the yogurt, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, cinnamon and rum with the hand mixer until frothy. Pour in margarine in a thin stream. Mix the semolina with the baking powder and stir in.
  3. Grease a springform pan (26cm) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the batter and distribute the well-drained plums (cut side up) on top.
  4. The cake for about 40-45min. to bake. Let cool and remove from the mold.
  5. Tip: If you like, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar or spread plum jam as you like.
