  1. We prepare products.
  2. Break one very fresh egg into a bowl.
  3. Pour 3 liters of water into a wide saucepan and bring it to a boil. Add one teaspoon of salt and one tablespoon of 5% vinegar. We mix.
  4. Gently put the egg in a saucepan, the water in which rotates a little more after mixing.

  5. Make sure that the water is always on the verge of boiling.
  6. Cook the egg for 3-4 minutes. The poached egg is ready when the white has hardened and the yolk is soft.
  7. We serve a poached egg with homemade noodles, sprinkle with cheese and black pepper. Bon appetit!
